Who We Are
Established in 2004, We have worked every day to grow our practice and advocate on behalf of our clients. We are motivated by our clients’ trust and confidence and driven to obtain the recovery our wronged and injured clients deserve.
Every action and activity in our office is driven by our guiding principle, which is to treat our clients and their cases just as we would hope someone would do for us. Because of that, we are proud to say that all of our work comes from the referrals of our many past and current clients.
For 19 years, Law Partners Mark and Sy have balanced each other given their respective traits. This is lent to tremendous success in retaining great clients and achieving successful results on their behalf.
Javaherian & Ruszecki, as a result, is an extremely effective and efficient firm, which has never forgotten the values and principles that brought it success when Mark & Sy were law school graduates, which are: accountability, accessibility, competence, aggressiveness and compassion. We don’t seek out or compensate for yelp or other reviews online. In fact, we didn’t have this website until 2019… because we put our attention to cases and clients.
Which established a reputation and referral base. We dont ask clients to write yelp reviews or retain companies to streamline our website and online presence. In fact, we don’t even pay to put those great looking medals on our site, which are simply arbitrary commendations paid for by lawyers to have bestowed upon them. We don’t need a marketing company to tell you we are good. We let you tell us we are good at the end of your case. And we won’t ask you to write a review. We will ask us to recommend your friends and family.
